Helen: a literary magazine is pleased to announce our winners of the Helen Stewart Poetry Award. This year's submissions were judged by accomplished poet Rosemarie Dombrowski. She is the first Poet Laureate for the City of Phoenix.

All of the winners and honorable mentions will be featured in our upcoming Spring Issue, set to officially publish on April 27th, alongside two others selected from our submissions. We had an amazing group of poems submitted this time around.
We are very excited to be putting together our latest issue. Please be patient as with putting up the new issue means taking down the old issue simultaneously and it is a lot of work. We're still editing the PDF of our Fall Issue for our past contributors to review before adding to our past issues page. After that is complete, we can start fully putting together our latest issue.
If you are a contributor, we will be in touch with you when we are ready for you to review links. Please don't send us emails before hand as this takes up a lot of precious time repeating the same information. Just hang tight, and we will get to you when the issue is near ready.
In this upcoming issue, we're thrilled to be featuring THREE spoken word poems.
We're looking at a publication date of Late April, Early May.
